Hunter 426 DS
"The new Hunter 426 DS–the company's first deck-saloon model–has the huge windows, wide cockpit, stainless-steel mainsheet arch, generous freeboard, and B&R rig you expect from Hunter. The company's designers seem to be continually looking for ways to provide more interior volume, and raising the coachroof is one way to do it. But the 426 is more than simply a new boat with increased headroom belowdecks. Hunter's chief designer, Glenn Henderson, drew successful and innovative sportboats before he joined the Hunter team "a Henderson 30 won its PHRF class at this year's Key West Race Week). As with the Hunter 356, he has made sure the 426 performs well under sail as well as being spacious and comfortable belowdecks."
