Yacht Review: Tribe
"At the risk of resorting to hyperbole, I must say that Tribeís performance was spectacular. We had plenty of the toys, including a Gunboat 15 inflatable catamaran tender with 15-hp Yamaha outboard, DVD player, computer, desks in each of the cabins, fishing equipment and room for wind surfers or even motor scooters. We were loaded down with more than a monthís supplies, full fuel and water. And despite the weight, the boat was quick and light. The knuckles at the bows were several inches out of the water, enabling Tribe to tack effortlessly, and the freeboard was sufficient so that it didnít bury its bows while in a seaway. "
