Our recipe of the week is:
Chicken and Rice Burritos
2 cans of chicken drained
1 can green chilies
2 boxes Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice quick cooking recipe
Tortillas
Optional sour cream
Cook chicken and rice together according to rice package directions. Add chilies to mixture serve on tortillas. Garnish with sour cream if available.
